Challenge yourself to try vegan meals this January.

Spaghetti Bolognese, Fish & Chips, Chicken Tikka Masala, Pizza Margherita, Cottage Pie... We all know these meals very well and have them on our tables quite regularly, right? But why not be more adventurous with cooking and try something completely different?

Veganuary is a great opportunity to unleash your creativity in the kitchen and explore unknown flavours. With so many incredible plant-based dishes out there, you can get excited about cooking again!

And although Veganuary encourages people to challenge themselves to go vegan for the entire month of January, you can just set yourself a goal of having one plant-based meal every week (or more if you wish!). It's all about trying new things, getting out of your cooking rut, and feeling reinspired in the kitchen. This will also help you have a more balanced and varied diet that is full of vital macronutrients, vitamins, and minerals.
