Counselling offers employees the opportunity to discuss both work related and personal issues which may be causing them concern or distress. A wide range of topics can be addressed during counselling sessions, such as bereavement, stress, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, conflicts at work, or self-esteem issues. All counsellors that we work with are fully qualified and registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. We can arrange both telephone and face to face counselling, as well as critical incident support counselling.

We arrange Diagnostic Assessments to identify if an employee has a specific neurodiverse condition such as dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) or autism spectrum conditions (ASC). Following an initial Diagnostic Assessment, we can organise a Workplace Needs Assessment, which provides a detailed overview of employee's strengths and challenges, along with recommendations and advice for reasonable adjustments. This can be followed up with one-to-one coaching which is aimed at developing strategies and solutions to overcome any workplace challenges the employee may have.
